Values

At A’Takamul International School, our campus rules and regulations are guided by the principles embodied in our school motto

Respect, Responsibility, Results, and Recreation

  • Respect: We foster a culture of mutual respect among students, staff, parents, and the wider community. Respect at ATIS means valuing diversity, practicing kindness, listening with empathy, and honoring cultural, social, and academic differences. We encourage positive communication and ethical behavior in all interactions.

  • Responsibility: We believe in developing responsible learners and citizens who take ownership of their actions, learning, and choices. Students are encouraged to demonstrate integrity, accountability, and self-discipline while contributing positively to their school, family, and community.

  • Results: ATIS is committed to excellence and continuous improvement. We focus on high academic standards, measurable learning outcomes, and personal growth. Our goal is to ensure every student reaches their full potential and is well-prepared for higher education and future careers.

  • Recreation: We value a balanced education that promotes physical, social, and emotional well-being. Through sports, arts, clubs, and extracurricular activities, students develop teamwork, leadership, creativity, and healthy lifestyles that support lifelong success.

They also have the responsibility to follow school rules, listen respectfully to others, consider differing opinions courteously, and communicate their thoughts in a respectful and constructive manner.

Safety and Property

Students have the right to physical safety and the protection of their personal belongings. They also have the responsibility to respect the property of others and take care of school facilities and resources.

Consultation and Honesty

Students have the right to seek guidance and consultations with teachers, counselors, and administrators. They also have the responsibility to approach these interactions with honesty, openness, and respect for the decisions made by school authorities.

At A’Takamul, we believe that fostering a culture of mutual respect and responsibility empowers students to achieve their full potential while contributing positively to the school community.
