Orientations
Once the candidate accepts the job offer, our Recruiters will diligently guide them through the onboarding process (work visa, medical, document attestation, police clearance, embassy procedures, ticket booking, arrival, accommodation, etc.). Upon arrival at the school, they will attend detailed orientation sessions (both HR and Academic) and be smoothly inducted into the team, fully ready for the new academic year.
Mentorship Program
All new employees are assigned a Mentor who guides and develops them. We have various career development and staff well being programs. We also sponsor staff to attend conferences, professional workshops and training.
